Every season release will have limited supply of items, so as stated below, exchanges are dependent on stock availability. To return or exchange item(s), email info@clvxclub.com

REFUND POLICY

CLVX CLUB Limited return policy is valid for 14 days. Any items bought on a promotional sale day are not valid for return, so please make sure you check size guide to ensure products are to preferred sizes. You are responsible for return shipment costs including postage and packaging.

To return an item/items, they must be in the same condition in which it was received. We appreciate you would have to try on products, however please return in same resealable packets which was shipped to you. Receipt of purchase must be present in return shipment.

Products have been washed and tested multiple times in the correct way stated on neck label resulting in no damages to products. Please see washing instructions as NO refunds/exchanges will be given if printing is damaged due to customer fault.

CANCELLATION

In regards to cancellations, all orders are final and orders cannot be cancelled.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers can exchange items within 14 days. To exchange an item, items must be in same condition it arrived in and unused.

SHIPPING 

At CLVX, we plan on getting your item/items to you as soon as possible.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with an order number. Tracking information will then be sent out to customers through email. Please see delivery policy for more detailed information.
